CSACS organic synthesis lab

This is an image of the CSACS organic synthesis lab at McGill University

CSACS offers organic synthesis services that help those who do not have chemical manufacturing capabilities to create new advanced materials.

In a state of the art laboratory we perform chemical custom synthesis of known and new compounds - on the milligram to gram scale - in a timely and cost effective manner.

In addition to the synthesis services (see below) we are here to help you finding the most advantageous and/or troubleshooting your synthetic pathways, demonstrating and discussing different synthetic and purification techniques and offer consultation for interpretation of your recorded data.

Those interested can address their project proposals to Dr. Violeta Toader, cc’d to Prof. Theo van de Ven . An estimation of the total cost will be provided as soon as possible. Please note that due to the unpredictable nature of organic chemistry all our work is carried out on best effort basis.
